Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard 'Minerva' Teak Danish Sofa Vintage 1950's

A fantastic Danish three seat sofa / day bed, this was manufactured by France and Son during the 1960's. It was designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard, and is made from solid Teak. The frame has recently been re-polished, and the condition is excellent throughout. The sprung cushions are covered in the original upholstery, which is worn a little thin but is mostly clean and in good condition; there is just some very slight darkening in places. The padding has worn away a bit, so you may want to have the cushions re-upholstered for extra comfort.
