A stunning original Art Deco birds eye maple and walnut leather top desk. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is an unusual design, with a nice and compact size, the quality is absolutely amazing. The sides are curved with adjustable open shelving on both sides, there is an inset black leather writing surface and a useful central drawer. The solid wood construction has a combination of birds eye maple and figured walnut veneers, giving a striking effect. The back of the top overhangs slightly, designed to sit flush against a wall that has skirting.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
