The Dying Fire observes the transformation of a roaring and rebellious fire into a serene vibration, where in the end we can see the light. It is a vivid play of contrasts, which unite harmoniously to depict the fire that accepts defeat, giving in to the light as a symbol of hope.

Technique:

  • splattering and poring technique over a series of texture paste to create a dramatic smoke effect;
  • adding various layers to create a sense of depth and to allow for a certain play with the light;
