A beautiful original Art Deco figured walnut compactum chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is of superb quality, it’s extremely well made and is a very useful size. The large lower two door compartment contains tray slide shelving, there is also a useful upper drawer. There are lovely Bakelite and brass handles, this stands on a very interestingly designed base. The figured walnut grain patterns are absolutely gorgeous and this has a stunning colour tone.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
