A wonderful pair of vintage WW1 trench art shell case lamps. They would have been made around 1915-1920 out of discarded brass artillery shells.

The shells have been pinched and etched with decorations of doves which represent peace, a nice turn around from what the shells were originally intended for.

The condition is excellent, they have been re-wired and are in good working order. We have paired them with a pair of modern white tapered shades.
