A beautiful and very rare Danish vintage rosewood sideboard by Hans Hove and Palle Petersen. This was made in Denmark in the 1960’s.

The quality is outstanding, this is extremely well made with a unique sliding mechanism on the doors. Each door can be pushed in on a spring loaded mechanism and then it slides behind the other door, meaning the doors sit completely flush when closed. The doors have sculpted inset rosewood handles, the legs are solid rosewood and even the back is beautifully finished in rosewood. This has a lovely deep colour tone and stunning grain patterns all over.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.

The wood is Santos rosewood, which does not require a CITES or article 10.
