A fantastic Danish rosewood two seat sofa, designed by Illum Wikkelso, this is the Capella sofa. It was made in Denmark in the 1960’s.

The quality is outstanding, the solid rosewood frame is beautifully constructed and has gorgeous grain patterns. There are original tanned leather cushions which contrast beautifully with the frame. This is quite a compact sofa, and is still very comfortable.

The condition is superb for its age, we have had the rosewood frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The leather cushions are in amazing condition, with minimal wear and no rips or tears. We have given them a clean, there are one or two tiny marks here and there. The seat base has also been re-strapped with new Pirelli webbing.
