  1960’s Vintage Danish Wall Unit / Bookcase / Desk by Kai Kristiansen

  A superb vintage wall mounting system, this was designed by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Mobelfabrik, it dates from the 1960’s. This has many wonderful features, with four large shelves, a smaller shelf, a large slanting shelf, a drop door cabinet and a two drawer writing desk. All can be interchanged and arranged in different configurations. The cabinet has had two detachable legs added to the bottom, presumably to add extra support for weighty items, however it is strong and stable enough without these, so can be used with or without the legs. The condition is excellent for its age, it is clean and study throughout with lovely grain patterns. The veneer on the drop down door of the cabinet is a bit dry and slightly lifting in places, though its not really noticeable, apart from that everything else is more or less perfect. The rails just need to be screwed securely to a wall at your desired height, then the cabinets and shelves are very easy to hook on and adjust.

  Retro Rosewood Folding Card Table Vintage 1960’S

  A stylish and very unusual folding card table, this is beautifully made and is in superb condition for its age. The top surface is Rosewood, when folded the underside is on display, and that is Teak. The folding base is made from layered Beech. The quality of this is amazing, with a clever locking folding mechanism. There is just some minor wear and one very small mark to the top, seen in the images.

  Danish Retro Leather Sofa Vintage 1960’s

  A stylish and very comfortable Danish vintage brown leather sofa, this dates from the 1960-70's. It has a great style, with a beautiful colour. The condition overall is good for its age, the leather is nicely worn with no rips or tears. There are just a couple of very minor scuffs to the corners. Each side towards the back does have a small screw visible for some reason, not sure why they were put there, when we removed them the structure was still sturdy, but we left them in place as they have left small holes in the leather. This also had a long screw going through the bottom of each back leg as this was probably screwed to a wall. We removed these so there is a small hole in each back leg, but these are hardly noticeable.
