A striking pair of vintage armchairs, these were made in Holland during the 1960’s. They were designed by PJ Muntendam and made by Gebroeders, they are of excellent quality and are in excellent condition for their age. The rattan backs give a fantastic look to these, on the smaller armchair there are a couple of minor bits of damage to the rattan. The rattan is all very thick and taught, so the small damaged areas don’t really affect the strength and integrity of the support much. The high back armchair has no damage at all, we have had them both newly re-upholstered in black vinyl.
