  1960’s Vintage Danish Wall Unit / Bookcase / Desk by Kai Kristiansen

  A superb vintage wall mounting system, this was designed by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Mobelfabrik, it dates from the 1960’s. This has many wonderful features, with four large shelves, a smaller shelf, a large slanting shelf, a drop door cabinet and a two drawer writing desk. All can be interchanged and arranged in different configurations. The cabinet has had two detachable legs added to the bottom, presumably to add extra support for weighty items, however it is strong and stable enough without these, so can be used with or without the legs. The condition is excellent for its age, it is clean and study throughout with lovely grain patterns. The veneer on the drop down door of the cabinet is a bit dry and slightly lifting in places, though its not really noticeable, apart from that everything else is more or less perfect. The rails just need to be screwed securely to a wall at your desired height, then the cabinets and shelves are very easy to hook on and adjust.

  Danish Rosewood Retro Dining Table Vintage 1960’S

  A beautiful Danish Rosewood oval dining table, this dates from the 1960’s. We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent throughout. The colour and grain patterns are amazing, the central leaf that lifts out matches in colour tone. This opens out to seat eight people comfortably.   Retro Teak Chest of Drawers Vintage 1960’s

  A beautifully styled Teak chest of drawers, this was made by Nathan and it dates from the 1960’s. The condition is excellent for its age, it is clean, sturdy and sound. There is a small mark seen on the lower draw, and one tiny chip to one handle, seen in the images.

  Retro Birch Bentwood Dining Table By Alvar Aalto For Artek

  A beautiful and iconic dining table in Birch, this was designed by Alvar Aalto, it was made by Artek in Finland. This is quite modern, it was made in 2015 for the 80 year anniversary of this design; this originally being designed in 1935. The quality is amazing and the condition is very good. There are just a few marks to the top here and there, they’ve been stained in and are not too visible against the grain. The legs can unscrew and detach for ease of transport.
