A stylish and rare one off vintage desk in Rosewood, this was made by Archie Shine and dates from the 1960-70’s. The previous owner was a friend of Archie Shine, and we were told that Archie Shine himself made this for his wife when she asked him for a desk. Therefore it’s likely to be the only one in existence! The quality is fantastic and the condition is excellent for its age. It is clean, sturdy and sound, with hardly any wear to be seen. There are just some small scratches on the very thin piece of wood between the top draw and the top, likely to have been made by Mrs. Shine’s fingernails when opening the drawer.
