A stunning vintage Italian walnut secretaire bureau by Gianfranco Frattini. This is the model 804 and was made in Italy by Bernini, it dates from the 1960-70’s.

It is of outstanding quality and has an amazing design. As the black leather top writing surface is pulled out, the mechanism rolls back the tambour top to reveal a lovely work space. There are ten drawers at the front, the back contains an open bookshelf section with adjustable shelves. It stands on sturdy solid wood legs with lovely aluminium connectors, the handles are nickel plated. There is a removable glass top that rests just above the tambour surface.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb. The walnut grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous throughout.
