A stunning vintage Italian desk, beautifully executed in steel, brass and formica. This dates from around the 1950-60′.

It would be equally useful as a desk or small dining table, and has an incredibly stylish design. The ebonised steel base has brass feet and there is a brass rim around the top. The top is inset with formica or another type of plastic finish, it actually feels a little softer than formica. This is finished identically front and back, so can be used as a free standing item.

The condition is very good for its age, we have gently cleaned and revived the brass, everything is strong and structurally sound. The black top has some age related surface wear which is slightly more visible at certain angles of light.
