A stunning and extremely rare Danish nest of tables in rosewood. These were designed by Kai Kristiansen, they were made in Denmark by Vildbjerg Mobelfabrik and they date from the 1960’s.
The triangular shaped design is very stylish and practical, the tops have perfect right angles at the backs, so can be used in a corner or the flat edges can rest nicely against sofas, chairs or walls. The quality is outstanding, these are beautifully finished on all sides with excellent joinery. They are made from a combination of solid and veneered rosewood.
The colour and grain patterns are gorgeous, we have had these stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for their age. There is just some very minor lifting to the rosewood veneers on the top around the edges, this is barely noticeable and only visible at certain angles.
These can also be used as stacking tables, the raised edges mean that the tables wont slip off each other. They would be fantastic stacked in a corner for party service.
