A lovely vintage coffee table in teak, with an ebonised steel base. This was made in England, it dates from the 1960-70’s.

The design is excellent, this has a circular teak top which is supported in an interesting way, the flat metal legs protrude slightly into the top edge, giving a striking and different look.

The condition is very good for its age, we have had the top stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The wood is immaculate, has a gorgeous colour and has stunning grain patterns.

The metal base is wrapped around with a coating of plastic which has some cracks running down the legs, it is hard to notice as the legs are so dark, but is shown in the images. As the legs are metal and very strong, the stability and strength of the table is not affected at all.
