Our FAQ’s provide answers to some of the most common questions asked. 1. Do you offer shipping and if so, to which locations?

Yes. We offer UK and worldwide shipping! We can deliver to nearly anywhere in the world, feel free to enquire for your free delivery quote. We also offer free London delivery for orders over 500 GBP.

2. What is your return policy?

When buying online, the law in the UK states that you have 14 days to return the item if you are not satisfied when you receive it. If there is an issue that we haven’t mentioned and we are at fault for, then you will also be refunded the delivery fee. If there is nothing wrong with the item and you want to return it for any other reason, you will be liable for the delivery fee. If you have bought the item from us directly in store and have seen the item in person, then we will not return for a refund, but may give store credit instead.

3. Is my order insured during shipping?

Yes. The couriers we use are all fully insured for the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit.

7. Can you source an item that is not shown on your website?

Yes. We can usually source any items within reason that we might not currently stock, feel free to get in touch with your requests!

8. Do you offer discounts or wholesale prices?

For multiple purchases we can always offer some sort of discount, usually around 10-20%, depending on the item/items.
