A stunning vintage French marble and brass dressing table by Georges Raimbaud for Resistub, circa 1960’s.
This is of absolutely outstanding quality, with an extremely beautiful and stylish design. This has a polished brass frame with brass fronted drawers, with a fixed solid white marble top. The bevelled glass mirror is attached by brass rails, and can be tilted to various angles. This comes with the matching cross framed stool.
The condition is excellent for its age, it is clean and sturdy, the marble is intact with no chips or cracks. One of the brass rails that attaches the marble to the mirror has a tiny crack at the very bottom, seen in the images, this doesn’t affect the structural integrity when in use. The stool seat has been newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric.
