An outstanding Danish vintage rosewood royal shelving system by Poul Cadovius, made in Denmark by Cado. This dates from the 1960’s and was originally purchased in Heal’s.

It is a very versatile system, with a very clever yet simple design. The three vertical rails must be screwed to a wall, then the shelves and cabinets simply attach with angled dowels. Once the rails are in place it is very easy to interchange the shelves and cabinets.

The consists of three rails, one cabinet, one desk unit, one open bookshelf cabinet, and three shelves with beautifully crafted chevron supports.

We have had the cabinets and shelves all stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. This is in exceptional condition with hardly any wear to be seen. The rosewood has stunning grain patterns and colour tones.
