A superb vintage leather desk chair, made in Switzerland by De Sede in the 1960-70’s. It’s of amazing quality and is unbelievably comfortable! This is so comfortable it could easily be used as a lounge chair as well as a desk chair. The leather was quite faded and a little distressed when we got this, we have had it hand coloured to give it this rich tone of brown, there are no rips or tears. The base is polished aluminium, it rolls smoothly and the tilt mechanism is working well. The height can be adjusted, but the height adjusting mechanism has become a little sticky, you have to flip the chair upside down and then the height can be adjusted.
