A stylish and iconic set of eight vintage bentwood Thonet dining chairs. They were made in Poland in the Radomsko factory, using the original Thonet machinery, they date from around the 1960’s.

They are beautifully made, they are a timeless design classic that still look as fresh today as when they were designed over a hundred years ago. This set consists of six model 214 chairs originally designed by Michael Thonet in around 1860, and two model 209 armchairs originally designed in around 1902.

They are lacquered beechwood, we have had them gently revived and re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age. There is just some extremely minor wear beneath the polish here and there.
