A stylish and iconic vintage antelope chair by Ernest Race. This was designed in 1951 for the Festival of Britain exposition, and this one dates from around that time.

It has a beautiful design, it is of great quality and is made from solid steel, with a painted ply seat.

The condition is good for its age with various signs of patina and light wear to the painted white frame. The ply seat looks as though it was more recently re-painted in a lovely blue.
