An absolutely stunning vintage Danish leather Candidate sofa by Ib Kofod Larsen for OPE. It is Danish designed but was made in Sweden, it dates from the 1960’s.

This is of outstanding quality, it is beautifully designed and is very comfortable. The frame is solid afromosia wood, it is of lovely proportions and looks amazing from all angles. The colour tones and grain patterns are lovely, the back also looks amazing so this would be great as a free standing item.

We have had the frame stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the leather cushions have been revived and enhanced by our leather restorer. The seat base has been re-webbed, this is very comfortable and supportive. The condition of this sofa is superb for its age, with a lovely overall patina.
