A stunning Danish vintage rosewood dining table by Johannes Andersen. It was made in Denmark by Hans Bech, and dates from the 1960’s.
It is of outstanding quality, with a large circular top and unusually, this has three leaves that can be added to extend the dining surface. It can extend from a large four seater to a large six seater with one leaf, a large eight seater with two leaves, and can seat up to twelve when fully extended. The legs and base have a beautiful design, this is a great looking piece all round. The colour tones and rosewood grain patterns are gorgeous.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
We also have a set of ten matching rosewood dining chairs by Johannes Andersen that came with this, seen listed under our other items for sale.
