A beautiful and extremely stylish pair of Danish vintage teak side tables by Severin Hansen for Haslev, dating from the 1960’s.

They are of wonderful quality and have a wonderfully elegant design, standing on finely tapered legs. They have the signature seamless joinery at the top of the legs that is seen on most of Severin Hansen designs. The teak has gorgeous colour tones and grain patterns, they are a very useful size to be used as lamp tables in a lounge setting, or as bedside tables.

Each has a single drawer at the top, with a useful rattan lower tier. The backs are nicely finished, so they can be used as free standing items.

We have had them stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout. There is just one tiny area on the outer edge of one rattan lower tier that has frayed a little, seen in the close up images and not noticeable in real life.
