An absolutely gorgeous vintage French gilt metal wheat sheaf coffee table, dating from the 1950’s.

An iconic and stylish design, this is of fantastic quality and has very fine details. The gilt metal base has a gorgeous patina, it stands on three sturdy legs with beautifully crafted metal wheat sheafs and leaves bound by a metal tasseled rope.

The condition is excellent for its age with some normal wear and age related patina. The clear glass top has some minor surface wear here and there.
