A stunning Art Deco birdseye maple dressing table / desk, made in England and dating from the 1930’s.

This has a gorgeous and very unique design, the quality is outstanding. It is a lovely slim size, the tops of each side flip up to reveal very useful inner storage space. It is a good height, so would be equally useful as a desk.

The lower pedestals have doors that open to reveal banks of tray slide shelves. This is predominantly birdseye maple, the pedestals sit on walnut bases and have walnut handles. The interior of the tops, bottoms and tray slide shelves are all made from ash.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
