A smart and extremely well made set of six vintage rosewood dining chairs by Robert Heritage for Archie Shine. They were made in England, they date from the 1960’s.
The quality is outstanding, they are sturdy and very comfortable. The rosewood frames have a gorgeous colour tone and lovely grain patterns.
They were recently re-upholstered by the previous owners in a high quality blue fabric. The condition is mostly excellent, there are a few minor and faint marks here and there to the fabric, nothing too noticeable and seen in the images. We have had the frames re-polished, they are sturdy and in great condition.
We also have the matching Archie Shine dining table that they came with, seen in the images and listed under our other items for sale.
The wood is Santos rosewood, which does not require a CITES or article 10.
