An absolutely superb dining table, this was made in Denmark by Skovby, it is the patented SM32 design. This has a circular top and a unique mechanism to open and extend. There is a disk below the top that is spun round, that separates the top into three sections. Stored inside are three additional leaves which pop up and extend this to a large table that can seat nine people. This version dates from the late 20th century, its made from Maple and is in excellent condition. There were a couple of thin cracks to the edge of the top, these have been repaired and are seen in the images, they are hardly noticeable in real life. The top surface is clean and in lovely condition with only some incredibly minor wear. This is very heavy and well made, the top comes off for ease of transport if need be. These retail at around £2000, so this represents something of a bargain!
