A stylish and iconic pair of vintage Marcel Breuer cesca dining chairs, originally designed in the 1920’s. These were made in Italy, they date from around the 1970’s.

They are extremely well made, and are very comfortable, the cantilevered base gives them a nice gentle spring. The backs are caned and they have cream boucle drop in seats. The seat bases are all stamped underneath ‘Made in Italy’.

The condition is very good for their age, they are sturdy with no damage to the cane, the drop in seats have been newly upholstered and are in perfect condition. There is just some minor surface wear here and there and a few marks to the outside of the wooden frames, seen in the images.
