A superb original early vintage Charles Eames lounge chair and ottoman by Herman Miller in rosewood and cream leather.

It is very rare to find these early editions, especially in such amazing condition. This is an amazing example, dating from the 1960-70’s.

We have had this very carefully restored, it is sturdy and very comfortable as you would expect.

The cream leather is original, we have had it revived and enhanced by our leather restorer. There is just some very minor wear to the the leather here and there,

The rosewood shell cases of the chair and stool have been re-polished to a very high standard, both are in superb condition, with only a litte wear to be seen beneath the polish here and there. There is also just some light wear to be seen on the metal bases.

This is santos rosewood, so a CITES or article 10 are not needed.

Both chair and stool have their original Herman Miller labels present beneath the bases.
