A superb vintage Danish extending dining table in teak. This was made in Denmark by Bernhard Pedersen, it dates from the 1960’s.
It has three additional leaves to extend the dining area to comfortably seat twelve, and can even seat up to fourteen. It is really huge when fully extended, it is very rare to find this model of dining table with three leaves. The leaves store away on a handy built in ledge under the table top when not in use.
The quality is amazing, the edges are finely moulded and the top sections interlock together beautifully, seen in the close up images. The legs can unbolt and detach for ease of transport.
We have had this fully stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is immaculate throughout. The colour tone and grain patterns are gorgeous.
